UG SYSTEMS has programmed LED modules, developed calibration and testing methods, and implemented process systems for all German automobile manufacturers.

The test, parameterization and calibration system

TESTING/CONFIGURATING

Basic functional testing (microcontrollers, auto-addressing, LIN communication, LEDs), configuration of variants and assignment of serial numbers.

BURNING IN

Longest possible burning in/energizing of the LED to achieve a stable calibration.

MEASURING/CALIBRATING

Measuring the three individual colors of the RGB LED and calculating the adjustment parameters.

PARAMETERIZING

Permanent storage of adjustment parameters and module data in the microcontroller.
